- Complete one section of your Text Connections sheet based on the book you’re independently reading
- Start planning out your one-pager (for your independent reading or your book club book). Use three great vocabulary words to describe the setting and three to describe the main character.

Writing

- Remember, that each narrative has a strong lead (hook), beginning, middle, BTH, ending, and the 3 D’s (dialogue, description, and sensory detail).

- Now it’s time for you to edit your novel in GoogleDocs. Ask an adult to review your novel and help you to polish up your story in the areas of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and your Plot Roller Coaster, etc.
- You have 2 days to edit and revise.

- Go to NEXT UP, hit START (the orange oval)
- Do the 1) fluency activities, 2) watch the video in the Learning Lab and 3) the independent practice in Tower of Power .
- Username and/or passwords are the same as AR usernames and/passwords except for Ms. Sanchez/Forestier class. Your login info is taped into your Math book. (If you were absent 3/13, your login info is either attached to the packet, or taped into the folder, that was waiting in the BA office for you to pick up)
